Five years in the making. Our Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine - hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed on Kanalaluka Country in Tasmania's revered Tamar Valley - is a milestone for Munda Wines. Pale lemon-straw in colour, with a fine, persistent bead. Fresh citrus, green apple, and white strawberry aromas, with toasty brioche and a lively mineral finish.
