Partners & Projects

At Munda Wines, we believe in the power of connection; to Country, to community, and to each other. As  part of a broader family of Aboriginal-led initiatives founded by Pauly Vandenbergh, Munda Wines is proud to stand alongside organisations that celebrate culture, create opportunities, and walk boldly toward a shared future.

Whether through sport, storytelling, education or enterprise, these partnerships reflect our deep commitment to elevating Aboriginal culture, building pathways for Aboriginal employment, and contributing meaningfully to Australia's broader journey of reconciliation

Tjindu Foundation

Founded by Pauly Vandenbergh in 2019, the Tjindu Foundation is an Aboriginal-led not-for-profit dedicated to empowering Aboriginal youth across South Australia. Drawing from his upbringing on the Far West Coast, Pauly envisioned a foundation that intertwines cultural education, sport, and personal development to foster resilience and leadership among young people .

"Tjindu," meaning "sun" in several South Australian Aboriginal languages, symbolizes the foundation's mission to illuminate pathways for Aboriginal children and young people. Through programs like the Tjindu AFL Max Academy and Tjindu STRONG, the foundation offers culturally responsive education and sporting initiatives, aiming to enhance school retention and employment prospects

Aboriginal Basketball Academy

Founded in 2017 by Pauly Vandenbergh, the Aboriginal Basketball Academy (ABA) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation dedicated to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in South Australia. By combining basketball training with academic support, the ABA helps Year 10–12 students complete their South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) while fostering personal growth and cultural pride.

Pauly's vision for the ABA stems from his own experiences as a professional basketballer and his commitment to creating opportunities for Aboriginal youth. Through the ABA, students engage in weekly sessions that integrate sport, education, and cultural learning, supported by mentors and educators who understand their unique needs.

Wanna Mar Produce

A unique commercial partnership between Pauly Vandenbergh and Port Lincoln's Hagen and Marcus Stehr, Wanna Mar Produce realises a vision to bring the Aboriginal coastal traditions of the Far West Coast to contemporary bluefin tuna production.

The joint venture unites the long-established west coast fishing family Stehr Group with entrepreneur and advocate Pauly Vandenbergh under a shared banner of respect for the sea and the Indigenous coastal traditions and stewardship.

Wanna Mar Produce aims to restore and teach traditional practices alongside modern commercial fishing, invest in local Aboriginal communities, provide education and training in the seafood and martime industries, and share our story and products in Australia and overseas. Restoring traditional fishing practices.
