Terms and Conditions | Wine Subscriptions
Effective Date: 1 July 2025 1. Overview By subscribing to a Munda Wines Quarterly Subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 2. Subscription Details According to the subscription selected, we will deliver either a three or six pack of wines quarterly (every three months). Wines are selected by Munda Wines and will vary based on seasonality and storytelling themes. Each delivery includes one (three bottle subscription) or two (six bottle subscription) exclusive Bira Munda Limited Release wine. Subscription includes free shipping Australia-wide and a small discount compared to standard pricing. 3. Payment & Billing Payment is processed automatically on a quarterly basis via your nominated payment method. You will be charged at the time of dispatch. All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. 4. Delivery Orders will be shipped within approximately 5–7 business days of the quarterly release date. We currently ship Australia-wide. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone aged 18+ is available to receive the wine. 5. Age Restriction You must be 18 years or older to subscribe and receive deliveries. By subscribing, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in Australia. 6. Cancellation & Pausing You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time prior to the next billing date. Changes can be made via your account portal or by contacting us directly on welcome@mundawines.com.au No cancellations or refunds can be accepted after a billing date has passed. 7. Returns & Refunds If your wine arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of our subscription model, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. 8. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Munda Wines is committed to the responsible service and promotion of alcohol in accordance with Australian laws and regulations. We support safe, respectful and responsible drinking practices and are committed to minimising harm from the misuse or abuse of alcohol. Legal Age Requirement Alcohol can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years or over. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that both you and the recipient of the wine are at least 18 years of age. Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18+, and we reserve the right to request valid identification upon delivery. Delivery & Identification All deliveries require a signature by someone 18 years or older. Alcohol will not be delivered to unattended premises or left without a recipient present. We work with delivery partners who uphold these requirements. Staff & Training All staff involved in the sale or handling of alcohol are required to complete Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training, and we uphold all relevant state and territory licensing laws.
